  • Why is it fortnightly and not weekly?

    Through experience I have found that fortnightly allows the participants enough time to complete the workbooks ahead of the sessions, with a bit of a buffer for life to inevitably get in the way!

  • What size will the group be?

    It is important to me that everyone in the group feels comfortable to connect and share as a group, so I keep the setting small. The group would never be more than 8 participants.

  • How will the sessions be structured?

    Over the course of each session there will be a mixture of group work, working independently and breakout rooms.

  • Are payment plans available?

    Yes! Please contact me directly to enquire about payment in instalments.

  • What sort of person will be on the programme?

    Each time I have run the programme there has been a cross-section of participants. For example:

    • Returning to work after a career break and wanting to refocus back on their career

    • Returning to work after maternity leave, but ensure whether to return to existing career

    • Finding themselves in a role that no longer fits having focused on family life and now wanting to re-launch into something new

    • Unhappy in role and wanting a change, but not knowing where to start

    • Recent founder of own business wanting to connect with their story to drive the direction of their new business

  • Is it right for me?

    If you are looking to make a change in your career, this programme will give you the tools to stop feeling stuck and start brimming with clarity and confidence on where you are going.

    The small group setting, and my facilitation of the group, will allow all voices to be heard and the support from shared experiences can help you to realise you are not alone.
